The Whistleblowing system allows employees, partners and persons external to the Newlat Food Group to report unlawful conduct relating to suspected or alleged violations of: (i) laws and regulations committed in connection with the performance of employment, (ii) the organizational and control models adopted by the individual companies in accordance with applicable legislation (e.g., Model 231 adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001), (iii) the values and principles enshrined in the Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, (iv) internal control principles, (v) company regulations that may cause damage of any kind to the Group, customers, shareholders, employees, partners, third parties and, more generally, to the community.
