Upon arrival at the plant, wheat must meet a series of chemical and physical requirements, and only after strict controls it can be accepted and moved on to the milling stage. Our mills comply with the highest technological standards, using an optical selection system for the grains of wheat and a dehulling system.
All stages of production are strictly controlled in full compliance with the established standards.
The semolina produced is sent to our plants on a daily basis in order to guarantee quality and freshness.
